R.I.P. George Carlin

“The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A Death! What's that, a bonus? I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating...

...and you finish off as an orgasm.”

Hey Rosebud,
Haven't you been on that island long enough? what's it been? 5 years? 7 years? More? Less? Seems like yesterday.....No, yesterday we lost George Carlin. The man that gave us seven words to live by; or not to live by. There's a F*&@k*%g question in there somewhere. Screw it. We'll all miss him for a week. Will you be home by then? Miss the dead, but I miss the live person more.

God Bless.

I will be home soon enough or at least closer geographically speaking. I miss our old days at HFC, now that it's HSBC, how is it? Or better yet, are you still working there? Seems like a lifetime ago but at the same time it does seem like just yesterday! Hope all is well with you and when you see the banner flying behind the plane at VB stating my arrival, I hope to see you again!
